We primarily provide such services directly to Build Owners or Managers and require that Commissioning be included in all projects to ensure proper implementation.. Training has always been an integral part of Flaenergy services. Alternative and advanced energy systems require development of appropriate operating and maintenance (O&M) manuals, instructions, acceptance testing procedures, and training to ensure successful and continued operation and maintenance of systems. Our IAQ Training on the Safety & Security of Building Air Quality was used in training Government personnel at the annual Energy Conference following 9/11, State Health Departments, Safety professionalsand and numerous Facility personnel. Project training has expanded into training of facility managers, architects, and engineers in the ever-changing energy field. Mr. Henry Healey, president of the corporation, has given presentations and conducted workshops nationally for federal facility managers (FEMP College), the United Nations, facility managers, and numerous professional & industrial organizations, as well as the general public. Mr. Healey was involved in the development and training related to ASHRAE's Solar Design, Installation and O&M manuals for C&I solar systems, NREL's Solar Water Heating Manual and FSEC's Photovoltaic Design Manual.
