		complex technical inquiries. EREC is a
		consolidation of the Conservation and
		Renewable Energy Inquiry and Referral
		Service (CAREIRS) and the National
		Appropriate Technology Assistance Service
		(NATAS). Services include technical
		inquires and business assistance on
		financing for energy-related businesses.

		alternative fuels.

		interested in joining the DOE alternative

		provides information on cooperative
		research opportunities available with DOE
		labs and information on upcoming
		conferences.
